Sorry if I'm off the point here but it is Oh So Dreary to read endless post who want to "rally the masses," or "educate the uninformed," and they appear oblivious to the fact that -- yes -- tens of thousands, millions of people are informed and active. You - Them - We - also can just decide to be active and no need to bemoan the lack of action or lack of education of others. Just do it. Activist encourage action. Insulting people or implying everyone but you are brain dead is not effective. Let us start with the media. When was the last time you saw an activist on any of the networks or the mainstream papers. Okay , now how many people are employed by the networks and papers. Quite a few. Then go ask the first person you see on the street what he or she is doing to stop the killing in the Middle East. I rest my case. tens of thousands, millions of people are informed and active.This doesn't cut the mustard considering there are 305 million residents, the vast majority of whom are uninformed. @katsteevns - It didn't cut your mustard? People are uninformed? The corrosive toxic media isn't covering the news to your liking? You rest your case? And your case is? Um...it's hard work? There are lots of forces that want more war and exploitation?
