Antara - that's interesting. I can understand using the Psalms as basis for prayer or meditation.

Kelika, yes...we have spent the last 4 weeks studying the Psalms, I have really enjoyed it. We read an except from one book called " Chanting the Psalms" by Cynthia Bourgeault . Chapter 4 is called "The Psalms as Psychological Tools"--- it really has some cool insights
