What is the U.S. to do. The Kurdish north is supposed to be the model of stability and success in Iraq. Why should Turkey even wait to respond. Is the U.S. the only one allowed to launch preemptive war? Our "perceived" threats are nothing compared to actual events occurring in Turkey.
