That doesn't mean anything. It is why I said political smokescreen. We've seen all the talk about not attempting to reinstate the (un)fairness doctrine, but they are moving for localism. We've seen Obama say he will ring in an "era of responsibility", while pushing the most irresponsible bill in American history, which rewards irresponsible behavior in business and personal lives. We've seen him say he will practice openness, while throwing red meat to the Leftists but being extremely secretive in major policy areas. We've seen Obama say he will go through legislation "line by line" and hold legislators account...

We've seen Obama say he will go through legislation "line by line" and hold legislators accountable for earmarks and waste, only to pass a bill that is basically 100% earmarks and waste. When Obama says he's not going to do something, what he means is that he is not going to do it in the fashion one would suspect.
