Followup: I installed it and it worked great but then I uninstalled it to go back to Zone Alarm. Why?

First, although Comodo has a number of great options built into their firewall software that you'd normally pay for with other company's firewall software, I found it a little too overwhelming for my tastes. If you're a power user and know about the back burner stuff in your OS, then I'd recommend it.

Do I still recommend it? yes. But I wound up with my trusty ol' ZA for it's "simpler" format. And I missed my "net activity monitor" in the systray.
