With he exception of possibly Ann Winterton, I have read and seen nothing that convinces me that this Labour Government has the Welfare of it's Armed Forces to heart. Whilst British Members of Parliament vote themselve enormous pension rises, massive unaccountable expenses perks- my MP received £16,000 last year for air travel alone. Not bad when flights are advertised at £29 single, that's 240 plus return journeys in one year, is he coming home on a nightly basis?- a £10K bung for "communication"? Not bad when a PC can be bought new for £200 and broadband is free with some providers, this more than illustrates that this Labour Governemnt is unfit for purpose.
