The Army says it will come out of their budget. That shouldn't be a problem? Where do they get their money? A bottomless pit? Uh, by any chance were these choppers made in China? Painted with lead based paint. If global warming comes true. They wont be flying much anywhere. They're designed in Europe. I'm sure a lot of money is flowing from the $U.S. Treasury, into Euros, and European, even Swiss accounts. Air Conditioning wont solve the problem. There seems to be a fundamental flaw in the engines, which are just as likely to fail if the airconditioning is not kept at optimum levels. (No Opening of doors, windows or hatches,) and in hot climates, the air conditioners will likely have to be turned on well before takeoff.
