It depends on how you use it. If you use it to find the latest on Paris Hilton, then you are probably not going to get very smart. But if you use it to find research on the mating habits of northwestern tree frogs, then it can make you smarter.
It also has the added bonus of finding the mating habits of Paris Hilton
