An automatic reply e-mail from Spin Master Ltd. states that "Spin Master has no immediate plans to launch Zubbles Colored Bubbles. We thank you for your interest."[4] A call on January 15, 2008 to Spinmaster confirmed that they have no plans to pursue this product at all, and that they have released rights to produce Zubbles.

December 2008, Tim Kehoe confirmed they had reached a new license agreement with a new toy company called Jamm Company. Tim indicated that Jamm was actively manufacturing Zubbles with plans to begin distribution in early 2009.

I'm not holding my breath.

They would be great if the JAMM Company would actually SEND them to you. I paid for them and never received them. When I emailed the company to find out where my product was they refunded my money without response. Not sure what's up there, but I had really been looking forward to giving these to my kids. With customer service like that, now I'm not sure I want to.

I'm sorry to hear that coriemky. I got mine in the mail after a few weeks. They are cool, but still pricey for bubbles,
