Maybe USA as fucked as Russians are corrupt not forgetting French underhand sales of nuke technology as well as Pakistan's scientist Nth Korea ,,India USA helping them maybe time to outlaw all nukes off face of earth since those with them cant be trusted to even stock take dumb arse legislators,dealers in death and other miscreants.
