I can assure you that people in Australia don't lack decent health care simply because they are poor. It's absolutely shameful that people in your country can die from lack of health care whilst your government spends billions of dollars every year on its military. That's what you should be concerned about. Not some idiot who thinks wasting public money on fake injuries and blowing up hospital gloves to make rooster heads is funny. That's as far as I got. Under such "universal healthcare" people do in fact die, most often while waiting on infinitely long waiting lists for care they required immediately.

It is not uncommon for people with open head wounds to be kept waiting in Accident and Emergency or for medication to be withheld due to overspending in the budget.

My advice is to be your own physician as much as possible learn natural remedies, become aware of your own health and well being and what affects it. 90% of the time when people go to a doctor it is for menial stuff that they could have sorted out themselves or would have just run its course eg colds, flu, food poisoni...

Things like depression, schizophrenia an other mental illnesses should never be treated by a conventional doctor in the first place.

As any doctor worth their medical degree that isn't taking large handouts to peddle trash from pharmaceutical companies, will tell you that Psychology IS NOT AN EXACT SCIENCE. it is at best an ongoing study.

You cannot cure a psychological disorder by treating it with chemicals, you need to get at the underlying cause of the problem. (usually a reaction to a profoundly sick world, madness is the minds only logical defence against an insane world).
