SBernheart says: "A cool blend of digg.com and del.icio.us." hey sbernheart -- welcome to clipmarks I hate Digg- They are Rude. I only go to digg to get the link to the site of the headline that interested me. I stopped reading the 'smart remarks' long ago. I have a same feeling skwirlinator. perched punks preparing to pounce. but, I do have DiggLicious always running. Thanks for the welcome, ADAMC. To be honest, this was my first clipmark and I didn't even realize it was public (obvious by my 2nd clip 'Sunsetter Awning Guide')! LOL I was trying to see if I could keep better track of such things than I had as bookmarks! As for DiggLicious.com, I had come across several overlapping sites such as Digg &; Del.icio.us on Pageflakes.com and Flickr.com that I thought it was clever that someone put the two together and simplified things. Personally, I was just looking for a fun photo program and a fun bookmarking program. So far, I really like what I see here. Now that I've said my peace, I'll remember in the future to 'k.i.s.s.' my comments and leave... OH MY GOD!! Sorry for the 'way too bold' text. I don't know how that happened. In the preview, I saw 'in the future' in italics, 'everyone' underlined and 'still' turned bold -- THEN WHAT HAPPENED? Sorry! Guess I'll leave the Rich Text Editor alone 'till I know how to use it! LOL LOL OK -- now you guys are 'playing with the newbie' aren't you? After I first posted, ALL my text was in bold print so I wrote the next post to apologize. The very last post from ANYone appears in bold text on my end, doesn't it? Now I REALLY feel stupid! LOL LOL Funny though! Ah...the last comment appearing bold bug. Only happens to some people...but in any event, it's been fixed. We have a pretty major upload coming this week (i've been saying that for a while, but it really will be this week now I guess the good thing is that this bug has caused us to kind of get to know you...you handled it like a champ! LOL Thanks, E! BTW -- where'd you get the smilies and how do you use them here? And who's 'WE'? Clipmarks and/or a few of you clippers? I'm curious because I'd like to know who to watch for accurate, informative posts. Thanks for the heads up! Bern Bern, here's a link to a our faq page where you can see how to make smilees, frowns, winks, etc... http://clipmarks.com/faq/site/smilies/ Though the "we" i was referring to above was the company, i think you'll find that the "WE" really includes everyone on the site (other than the BigBadWolf, he's a toughie...just kidding Wolf, couldn't resist We're (that's the omni-we i'm referring to) trying hard to develop and maintain a culture here where people are totally free to speak their mind, but do so in a way that's respectful of everyone else on the site. We've hit some bumps along the way, but i think we've come away better for them. FYI...when you... SBernheart, I grant the a most warm welcome to clipmarks! WE" really includes everyone on the site (other than the BigBadWolf, he's a toughie...Really I am a sweetheart as long as you keep up with the monthly payments. just kidding Wolf, couldn't resist ).Lucky I caught this I was just about to call in a balloon payment. I grant "thee", thee damn it! SBernheart, don't be like me, use the preview feature before posting a comment. The "way too bold" only happens using IE. Another good reason for you to switch to the Fox |
