He surrendered peacefully to authorities and faced a court on Thursday.</DIV><BR /><DIV>There are two charges, and neither a very specific. The first is that he “knowingly and intentionally” transferred Social Security numbers with the intent to commit fraud in order to secure items valued at over $1,000.
