...somehow, i dont believe this. maybe its just that most of the people who take them dont live healthy lifestyles because they think the vitamins are all they need.

 that money spent on vitamin supplements is wasted. In response, the British
 Heart Foundation said people should not take supplements but should
 concentrate instead on eating a healthy diet.
