It's pretty safe to describe the American Civil Liberties Union as not fans of the House's cave in on FISA and immunity for telcoms. If Nancy Pelosi's still the speaker in the next session, something is very, very wrong with the Democratic party. I can't think of any Democrat who's done a worse job with the gavel.
