The Public Health System in Australia is great. There are problems and mistakes are made. Staff not being looked after, has resulted in shortages. It is much better than what I have read about the American system. Especially for the low income end, which I am part of. We have a way to go before we reach European standards in general, but we lead the world in others.
Need a free heart transplant. Become an Australian citizen on low income, who is otherwise healthy, and you get a freebee.
