We can certainly learn a lot about ourselves & our potential through studying more about these things. I study numerology & I think what may be happening is they are tuned to a particular frequency like a TV/Radio & then act as a channel/conduit for information transforming it often into physical form. Kim Peek is an unusual savant in that as I recall is he just doesn't copy but is starting to create his own works. Edgar Cayce was also known to place a book under himself while sleeping & then quote from it later. Again we have a lot to learn about ourselves & our potential.
