Should women be regarded as incubators by the state? Can the idea of "souls" be used in a legal venue to justify such treatment?

It is a painful realization how far can ignorance and prejudice go. Controlling the body of women is only the beginning if those people have their way. I am generally very optimistic person, however this is of those few things that make me ashamed to be a human being.
