I don't think those topics have yet to appear on his teleprompter. LOL Willhelm, as much as I agree with you vast majority of the time, I have to somewhat disagree here. There's really nothing substantial Obama can do, short of dropping troops in there to help Mousavi, which we all know he won't do. Let's also remember that Mousavi may be a foe of ah-I-got-my-job-back, but that doesn't automatically make him a democratic leader & USA friend. If Obama does anything to even verbally help Mousavi & co. - it'll be immediately used against him and the USA, and that's WITHOUT any appreciable help to the cause, so that doesn't make much sense. It was clear from the get go that short of their army turning against the government - the only thing they accomplished (o... ...with relative ease, I'm sorry to say. So, on some level he needs to adjust his 'thinking' (if one could call that such) and approach to dealing with the West, and US particularly, for his own survival, which may not be a bad thing after all, in the sea of bad things we're swimming in |
