The FBI attributes reports of Dr. Bruce Ivins' mental instability on "court records" provided by this "social worker." But since her restraining order was leaked to the press, the licensure verification website of the Maryland State Board of Social Work Examiners, who is required by law to verify such LMSW licensure, continues to be having technical difficulties.

Hmmmmmm. How bizarre. It's been down all week. Guess I'll just have to call.
