Police facing emotional strains due to
financial or romantic problems could be stripped of their
department-issued handguns in <SPAN id="lw_1207844931_0" class="yshortcuts">China</SPAN>'s <SPAN id="lw_1207844931_1" class="yshortcuts">Jiangxi province</SPAN>, a
newspaper reported on Thursday.

demotion, shot dead a deputy Communist Party boss of Hohhot
