Open it and fold in half again, this time crosswise. While it’s still in this fold, fold each edge in half to meet the center. Open fully and you’ll have 8 equal rectangles measuring 2¾ x 4¼”. Cut on the center fold (lengthwise) along the 2 inside panels. Cut openings in the 4 inner panels measuring 5/8” in on each side.
