When I first heard that the report of child abuse came from an UNIDENTIFIED phone call, well, that was the first time I wondered: "What the hell is going on?"

It's great to see such a Court decision that affirms our best American values.

And nice to see the happy faces on the hundreds of mothers who had their children taken away, taken away in violation of their rights.

We got rights. Whether we like the way someone else lives or not or the way they look: They got rights.

We got rights. Whether we like the way someone else lives or not or the way they look: They got rights.

Of course, child abuse, killing people, or holding up banks is not one of our rights, to anyone; but things have to be PROVED, in front of a JUDGE, before you take anyone's kids away, etc.

This raises a question. What if they had resisted? People have already forgotten how this was done, in a SWAT siege of para-military style similar to Waco. Is someone supposed to just absolutely submit to whatever government authorities do? The military style invasion could have provoked (with other parties, upon the same principles) a form of resistance that could have turned into a real show down and battle, which the government would be responsible for unlawfully provoking. (Had they resisted the media and populace would have believed them to be evil, just as the Waco incident, upon mere allegation and portrayal).

This case has broader principles and applications at stake, and a revie[b]...
