blueridge says:
So much for this unnatural "sexual orientation"! The bill is here. Every state should pass a bestiality ban and make punishment according to the heinousness of the act. "Sexual orientation" is determined at birth, either male or female, within each species, and without incest, by nature's design. Anything else is a perversion and confusion of nature's design which is plainly revealed.

Do not miss the Humane Society studies mentioned about how this inter-relates to all of society.

All sexual perversion has consequences on all of society, and therefore is harmful to all society, especially all "unnatural" acts, contrary to nature, which have various degrees.

I wonder if this new "Hate Crime" bill just passed by the Congress will "protect them"? It protects other perversions, why not this one?

Profane rant comment was deleted. Anyone who cannot see the need for bestiality laws is not only irrational, but mentally disturbed. Even Sweden is moving toward a law.

Here is just one more reason why this anti-social behavior should be banned for the good of society:

Bestiality on the increase; Sex with animals 'risks worse diseases than HIV'.(News)

It endangers, at minimum, the public health, as well as abusing innocent, unwilling animals in a rape of nature by these psychopaths. Bestiality would lead to plagues worse than AIDS, and make the p...

(Unreasonable censorship cannot be claimed when basic rules of civil debate and discussion are violated, which is why Clipmarks enables it and encourages monitoring. All perverse comments, merely personal attacks (not debate or argument) or filthy attacks will be deleted no matter the content of the argument. I almost let the last one stand if it were not for the filthy language.)

It is self evident and even admitted why bestiality laws (which the commenter admitted was a "rape" of nature) are so feared by the same people that had them struck down historically--i.e. to defend all unnatural crimes against nature and humanity, which are logically challenged as well.

Society is sinking and debasing itself into destruction under the pretense of virtual, unlimited, and perverted "freedom". This is why the Founders and previous generations always talked of "regulated freedom" in their writings.

It's become an anything-goes society. No one can set any rules or standards. There's no proper conduct. Everything is relative

Still reminds me of the verses in Romans 1..." and God turned them over...".

Considering the rapid decline in common sense these days I'm not surprised there's going to be a law banning bestiality. But then, it seems there have always been a need to legally regulate common sense: jay walking, seat belt wearing, etc.

On many issues, we were on the same side. If an opponent is wrong, then his/her own words will hang them. Deleting comments does not allow third parties to make judgements on the comment. ClipMarks is WRONG to allow arbitrary censorship. That you commenced a clip from an article in general ow...

I would have permitted his view, but have every right to cut his rude and vile remarks. There is a difference. Further, every clipper can cut however they choose, and everyone does (just look around).

Keep deleting, I'll keep writing Hitler... god damn I hate censorship!. The morality of the act is not what is in question you bible thumping dipshit, the waste of taxpayer money is. This is a law that is 100% unenforceable. If you can give any process what so ever that would allow some type of law enforcement to actually occur then I will concede the point, but it won't happen, because there is no way you can police what people do in their own homes, regardless of how sick it might be as long as it doesn't do someone harm. Its not like the dog or the pig are going to call up the police and report the act. I suppose you could install government run cameras in everyone's home but I think that might not go over so well.

We'll never be able to judge if his remarks were rude or vile. One's rude and vile may not be another's. Any forum must have the same standard across the board. Individuals cannot arrive at an equal standard.
Further, every clipper can cut however they choose, and everyone does (just look around).
I, like you, clip strong topical issues. I've only every deleted on my own clips to correct one of my regular errors. Never another's comment. Most don't. Maybe my confidence to deal with opponents gives me an advantage. When I'm occasionally wrong, then I ap...

This is a repeat of previous deletions. Usually Clipmarks after 2 deletions blocks further postings. (Why not now?) I will leave this, to prove my deletions were valid. Let everyone judge how they would react.

So he calls it "unenforceable". That is his assertion, but which he has not proven. Apparently the Florida Senate disagrees!

The use of profane rants in making an argument does not add rational weight to the argument. Clipmarks should have blocked further posts by this commenter.

Yes, yes, yes.
Clipmarks should have blocked further posts by this commenter.
No.

If we all thought the same and expressed those thoughts in the same way, then commenting would be pointless.

Why has a clipper responsibility for another's words? The weight of good clippers are far more effective than a deficient system.

Returning to the actual subject, here is a recent case of reported bestiality which demonstrates how such things come to light. Note that PETA, like the Humane Society above, speak of the danger of such "to the whole community", as well as the poor abused creature:

South Alabama Man Facing Bestiality Charge

The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, or PETA, is bringing attention to a case of alleged bestiality in Alabama. Henry Lewis of Sweetwater is accused of having sex with a pony.

[i]According to PETA, at least two people witnessed the act about a month ago. A few days later, the pony was reported d...

Flash update. This disgusting news story proves that such laws are necessary, and also how such persons are reported and caught:

Police say a Marion County man broke into a Farmington home and had sex with the homeowner's dog. ...
This psychopath also went on to commit burglary, and put the witness in fear of her life. I cannot quote this further, the details are in the article. This proves such animal raping perverts have a criminal antisocial disorder, which affects all of society, as this case illustrates.

More disgusting news proves that laws are needed. Note South Carolina convicted the man for "buggery":
