I think this should be "'They're almost an aggressiveness about carrying out executions,”' said Mr. Dieter, whose organization opposes capital punishment.

Either way, they still have plenty more badly defended, poor blacks for the chop in Texas. Will they speed up or slow down as the killer-king Bush rejoins them?
