Lessate al dente la pasta, quindi scolatela, conditela con un filo
d'olio e fatela raffreddare. Lessate gli asparagi e frullateli con un
po' d'olio e una spruzzata di vino bianco. Frullate fin quando la
consistenza della salsa sarà della giusta
cremosità. Tagliate il salmone a listarelle. Condite la
pasta con la crema di asparagi, il salmone e qualche grano di pepe in
rosa.
