A shirt with no logos or pictures, only phrases associated with campaigns, such as Obama’s “Yes, we can” or John McCain’s “Country First,” for instance…would also be included in that gray area. There’s sort of a common sense approach to this, and from what I’ve heard from the various county election commissions is, ‘If you have to ask whether it’s campaign material, then it probably is.
