First they rewarded the failing private industry, next they're rewarding those of us who've been keeping the clunkers. If their goal is to revive the economy than they might as well have offered these rebates to everyone instead of giving car industry billions in the first place. Second issue is the ability of citizen to take more debt, after all, even with the rebates, people are buying up new cars and they're taking more debt.

Something just doesn't look right though I understand economy may be improving.
