A sales tax instead of an income tax would be an improvement, but a sales tax on top of income taxes is pure evil.

The Fair-tax REQUIRES the income tax to be abolished before value added tax is started. I don't think the Dems are abolishing ANY taxes... so yes it is an unfair punitive and regressive tax on everyone!!
