I have looked for a credible source for this info and have not been able to find one either. However, I have found that both jordan and his father are of questionable character indeed. In fact, the very idea of anyone accepting $22 Million behind closed doors to keep their mouth shut about their child being molested, raises questions. In looking at the larger picture, Michael was never convicted in a court of law. However he was prosecuted by public opinion not unlike the Salem Witch Trials. I rather doubt if we hear more about this simply because jordan will not risk getting sued by Michaels estate. I agree chez, but if it is true, what about the 22 lill?? it should go back to mj state. If it's true does he realize he can go to jail for a very long time? I would think that the money would go back to the estate if it's true. However, as jerry1152 points out, someone would probably end up in jail too. Millions, even as small as one, are not paying for nothing. And how many such cases were, nobody knows. Hi aklimento, I can see that you have strong feelings about this. Let me try to explain why I clipped this and why I have left it up. Michael Jackson made many people very rich. For 45 years he was a media sensation, and the media got rich doing stories about him. The more money they made, the more they wanted. They began to sensationalize every little thing he did, knowing that the public would buy it. Very little of what we've heard through the media ever added up to much. There is only one real reason why Michael didn't go to court and it is the best reason of all. There was simply no physical evidence against him. Now can you imagine what it would be like if people could be thrown i... Well, chestnut501, there was ample of evidence, and shocking one. That time hint of doubt have overweighted all that evidence. It happens sometimes in criminal courts, when to get a suspect convicted accuser must prove his case "beyond of reasonable doubt". OJ also wasn't convicted THAT time. Do you have reasonable doubt now? Do you have reasonable doubt of "endangering welfare of child" after his Berlin appearance, dangling his baby-son from the height of fourth floor? And what about his last TV appearance in London, when he actually delivered his farewell "from the bottom of his heart"? How would be your feelings when somebody with such past saying, that he loves you. He "really is"... Fr... Aklimento, We will never know for sure if Michael was really a child molester or not. But there is one thing that we do know, and that is, that a molested child will never be able to live a completely normal life. Those scars will stay with him forever. Life is a constant up hill battle for these people and justice can never be paid. There is no such thing as compensation for the pain and suffering they bear.
