This particular woman's character amazes me. We all think we can make our own reality, when in fact we are in control of very little in our lives. Celebrate every moment of your lives; tell those close to you that you love them often while you still have time. I just ain't gonna die! Well Deb, I too had a near death experience, and it was anything but peaceful. I guess it really all depends on our individual experience. But one thing I can tell you for sure. There was no tunnel with a light at the end, and no voice telling me to "follow the light." Mine was unique in that it was a childhood experience and it was the most peaceful thing I ever experienced in my life. I took my daughters and a couple of their friends to see the movie Titanic in the theatre and my girls and her friends were freaking out when people were drowning. I explained to them not to be afraid, that drowning was the most peaceful thing anyone could ever experience! Of course they looked at me like I was crazy.
