<DIV></DIV><DIV><A href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/6230327.stm">A small study</A> found that hypnotherapy helped psychological treatment in reducing anxiety and feelings of helplessness in students.</DIV><BR /><DIV><A href="http://bp3.blogger.com/_HZlxBZQcoGI/RbVR3fCjnZI/AAAAAAAAAFc/C0FnSJP89sI/s1600-h/stress1.jpg"><IMG border="0" src="http://bp3.blogger.com/_HZlxBZQcoGI/RbVR3fCjnZI/AAAAAAAAAFc/C0FnSJP89sI/s200/stress1.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5023010973068533138" /></A>This was a small study of 10 students aged 11-16 years. The hypnosis was used in conjunction with therapy sessions involving the students and their parents and compared with the results of relaxation techniques.</DIV><BR /><DIV>Interestingly, in this trial the students' teachers said they had seen more changes in the students using the relaxation techniques.
