1. Separate the eggs. Mix the yolks with the cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper.

3. Fry the mixture in a little butter for a few minutes in a normal frying pan.

4. When the bottom is cooked put the pan under a grill for a few minutes until it raises and browns.
