				<P><DIV>My dear Evans-Pritchard</DIV><BR /><DIV>An intelligent Spanish friend of mine who lives in Madrid called me this afternoon and asked if I could make an appeal to you to give classes on economics to a seemingly important personage, urgently.</DIV><BR /><DIV>The party in question is the president of Spain.
