Harvey Singh is the founder of Instancy, an enterprise web and mobile knowledge distribution and workflow company. He is a pioneer in the field of eLearning, Human Performance Technology, and Knowledge Management. Prior to Instancy, Harvey served as Chief Learning Technology Officer for Centra Software, following the merger of Centra Software and the company he co-founded, MindLever. Harvey also served as an advisor to eLearning standards organizations such as ADL and IMS. In 2001, he was nominated for the eLearning Executive of the Year award.
