Variation:
1 cup dried lentils (I've used red, green, brown and blue but green are my favourite in these)
1 cup uncooked brown rice
5 cloves garlic
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 inch ginger, peeled
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne
Olive oil for browning
