It's that damned Putin! Russia is rebuilding its military...I imagine they mean local, contained nuclear strikes. Such as: theater nuclear weapons....but, it could escalate between "major players"....dammit

thanks smellydiaper..I shall venture in to the world of YouTube.....yeah, it surprised me when I saw this article earlier....They had a fail safe nuclear retaliation plan in effect that would launch nuclear weapons even if they lost the hierarchy of the government, etc.

Place the missile defense shield back up...big time!!! And better yet...make it bigger!

Yeah, we got something in return for taking the missile defense shield off of the table. A handful of missiles, and the Kremlin screams bloody murder and threatened to aim missiles back at NATO countries.

I guess the only thing we did get back was to "piss off" the Czechs and the Poles. New members of NATO feel deprived and left out....typical U.S. response...dammit
