I ordered the 2 wks free trial which started on the day I placed the order. I called Ultra Lean to make sure that they are not charging me the full price of $69.87 until I get to use the 2 wks and see if it works for me. I did that because the order will ship within 2-5 business days. This is a lie. I got my package 7days from the day I placed the order, so one week was already gone. Few days later before the 14days was gone, I called back to cancel and I was told by Britney, the customer rep. that is nothing she can do and that the full price of $69.87 was already charged that day...

I called Ultra Lean to make sure that they are not charging me the full price of $69.87 until I get to use the 2 wks and see if it works for me. I did that because the order will ship within 2-5 business days. This is a lie. I got my package 7days from the day I placed the order, so one week was already gone. Few days later before the 14days was gone, I called back to cancel and I was told by Britney, the customer rep. that is nothing she can do and that the full price of $69.87 was already charged that day, BUT she can refund the full amount and give me the next order for half price of $34.95 and then, I can call and cancel at any time. Three days after talking to Britney and having enough with the horrible taste of the yucky powder that has to be mixed with water, I called to cancel. I got another rep. on the phone, Eric, who will not let you speak if you're not happy when he tells you that:" you agreed to purchase the next order for half the price and we will charge you, unless you want us not to refund the $69.87". I told him that I did not agree to anything but to the refund of the $69.87 and that I don't have a signed contract with them saying that I am obligated to buy their product even if I'm not satisfied with it.

SO, everyone out there, don't fall for this cancel at anytime BS. They TAKE YOUR MONEY and YOU CAN'T EVEN CANCEL YOUR ODER. Now I have no choice but to take another shipment for the half price and once I receive it then I can call them to cancel the membership. All the reps are disrespectful once you try to cancel. There is no manager or supervisor to talk to. SO, be very careful.

I was looking to lose 10 lbs. I am 5'6, 146 lbs and I had a baby 6 months ago. I was hoping that this product will help.
