So, he went down the hall to his parent’s bedroom and found his father’s side of the bed empty and his mother wouldn’t wake up. Then he saw a light on in the guest room down the hall, and when he reached the door, he saw through the crack that his father was in bed with the maid. Because he couldn’t do anything else, he turned and went back to bed.

The next morning, he said to his father at the breakfast table, "Dad, I think I understand politics much better now."

"Excellent, my boy," he answered, "What have you learned?"

Little Johnny thought for a minute and said, "I learned that while the capitalism is screwing the working class when the government is sound asleep and ignoring the people, the futures is full of shit."

This brought back some good memories of my father. When I was a kid, I remember asking, "dad, who are you voting for?" I remember asking him that question whenever I heard the adults talk about that strange word called 'elections'. Well, every time his answer was: "I'm voting NO this year, that's who I'm voting for!"

As an adult, I understand what he meant by that now.

Politicians tends to promise a lot of air IMO.

A lot of them are filled with a lot of air, too!
