The fact I had my daughter right before then didn't help at all. Snacking, processed foods and lethargy are the big reasons why obesity is such a problem now. I was as guilty as anyone else. But, in addition to adding healthy choices, we have to stop craving the unhealthy ones. And through tons of research, I firmly believe that candida yeast is one of our biggest culprits in the battle of sugar and food cravings. Kill that yeast and watch your bad food cravings disappear. I've lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks (including 4 holiday parties too!) because I no longer want the sugar. Oh happy days! I seemed to get my weight problems after 62 but then again the weight came after a illness and then things seem to snowball on you. Being not as active as I once was makes a difference too. I had to trick myself by using a smaller plate and keeping away from the munchies in between. Thanks for the clip as I am always trying to add good things that I call tricks to my diet. Try to eat fresh and stay away from processed food if you can.
