Who is deserving of this (over-the-top) beautiful tribute? Can anyone think of someone deserving of it?
Would she need to be a special lady?

Womens faults are many
men have only two
every thing they say

every thing they do.
Having said that, the clip was a very beautiful tribute to women, and whether it was meant for one woman in particular or not, I think it should be for all deserving women.

PS men aren't really that bad either.
