					yolk. Less liquid will produce scrambled eggs. Simply 
					combine the yolks with the liquid in the recipe. Cook in a

					until the mixture coats a metal spoon, bubbles at the edges 
					or reaches 160ºF. Cool quickly and proceed with the recipe.
