Yep, Specter sure did; and at those who elected him all these years too. Wolf in sheeps clothing but in some ways it's deserved. His true colors have been showing for several years so this really isn't a huge surprise.

If it's no surprise, why the outrage? Don't we live in America where we CAN change from one party to another? He returned all monies donated. You guys were saying the GOP wouldn't let him get re-elected anyway, so why care? We'll take him! The GOP is falling apart and those jumping ship should be no surprise. Listen to FOX radio and the racism and hate they broadcast DAILY. That is the mouthpiece and campaigners for all things Republican. Kudos to Specter for having the balls Limbaugh wishes he had. The guts Steele only reads about on whitehouse.com and the heart to follow his own choices instead of his party's bidding. On that note, Senator Specter, you go boy!
