There was told a lot in the 70ies and 80ies about the Russian's military dolphin trainingscamp near Sewastopol!

Seems to be more effective than the most hi-tec and most expensive war-fleet, that earth - or ocean - ever must carry; and even more than all the spying satellites, that fall down from time to time, for those our education- and health-programm is lowered under the minimum.
The Russians are coming!
