I'm definitely a day person, but that iamonetoo is a night person so I've had to stay up later. Most nights I get 4 hours or less, and occasionally if I pass some unknown point in the night I can't sleep at all, but what then happens is that my body seems to, for want of a better word, "reset" itself and I no longer feel tired. When I was younger I tried various sleeping pills to try and control it as I was constantly being told it just wasn't normal. But I found that I would simply get knocked out for several hours and always woke up feeling more tired than if I had gotten no sleep at all. After a while I just came to accept it as part of me. as it doesn't really affect me other than making my day longer I guess. Interesting though to think it may be a genetic mutation... which wo... |
