Such a sad state of affairs, the way they lie and frighten the hell out of kids is simply criminal.

Most of the teachers in this nation have their hands tied as to what they are must & must not teach the kids. My mom & most of my friends are teachers & it is now a rule they have to be within 1-2 days of the state approved curriculum & no deviate in the slightest from this pre-planned schedule. Why don't they just hire a bunch of robots to teach class. Every child is different, every class is different, but you can no longer adjust this method to accommodate those that learn a little differently.

As I went to school, we was at least 30, often until 38 pupils. And we were different too.
But our teachers knew, how to awake the interest for the things and forces, how the world goes round!
A teacher can't teach all. But he can teach, what are laws of nature. But if he don't know, he can't teach it!
And now they do the contrary! They teach the children, to have no interests besides consuming and look for money. But so they won't get money (in a legal form) and without money, they can't consume any.
The last way out is, go to the army and kill some people.

Schools always seem to have a pet project or environmental theme for the kids. DO any of you remember some recent clips here on clipmarks about the albinos. Well in my granddaughters school some children in the upper grades have started a "big Blue Pig" to collect Canadian Tire money. The goal is $200 to buy sunglasses and sun screen for the albinos. The pig is set up in the foyer and as of Friday it was quite full. Which reminds me I promised my granddaughter I'd see if I had some around somewhere.

The last way out is, go to the army and kill some people.
