Multiply has definitely been picking up in my radar of the past few months (mostly because I end up on Multiply blogs via the Technorati results for Clipmarks) I can understand the appeal of MySpace -- by definition, the power is in the network and it sure is a serious one -- but I personally can't stand it. Facebook I would love if I had more than 3 friends I set up a Vox blog and thought the service was really well done. I agree with your MySpace point-of-view, I cant stand it either. Way too much going on and I can never find anything or anyone without having to spend too much time searching through random people and things. I'll be your friend on facebook!!!! My Facebook User Name: Julia Patricia Roy Vox looks really cool, although I have not tested it out. What's the link to your Vox site?!? Added you on Facebook. Yay! I'm sorry to report that my Vox blog hasn't had a lot of love lately (if ever), but you can find it at... http://clipperadam.vox.com bookchick49 has a more active one: http://bookchick50.vox.com (yes, she's aged a year... definitely not in spirit though) I love it "I clip therefore I am" I like your site! You should link it to your profile and continue doing "today's top clips"!! Your clipmarks profile that is. Nice clip. Handy. Does anyone here actually use Multiply? Check this list out: http://www.answers.com/topic/list-of-social-networking-websites#cooliris Thanks for the link! Very comprehensive. Now, can you find me a replacement for Spurl.net? Heh. I cant imagine using anything other than del.icio.us. I know its not pretty but I'm used to it and I love how I can send links to other people by just adding the tag for:enbar. http://del.icio.us/juliapatriciaroy I am hooked on del.icio.us too (http://del.icio.us/myroblyte). Spurl.net was great because it autosynced everything with del.icio.us, along with caching a copy of the page when you bookmarked it. But now it seems to be drifting; no one answers support inquiries and the site is intermittently down. I want to find another service that has those same two features: simple auto-sync with del.icio.us and reliable page caching. |
