The soldiers of the future will do battle from afar using robots. It has already begun with the Global Hawk and Predator Drones and the S.W.O.R.D.S. system. and then there is the coming EATR variant.

The agency’s budget for the next fiscal year includes $4 million to start up a program called Silent Talk.
