It looked to me like the soldiers were try to save her from the dog.

If it was their dog then they (the Israelis) are responsible for the attack, but it doesn't appear to be on purpose.

And in answer to a previous post, yes I like to use the text editor.

Pardon me, but it is clear that this kind of dogs is a military or police trained dog and such dog should not unleashed into civilians like this.

You can't find such dogs laying around on the streets.
