When I needed a plastic Surgeon, Houston has plenty to pick from. I found one who is certified and he has INCREDIBLE before and after pictures on his website. He was so great to me in the consultation - he really talked to me about different treatments for my skin color and texture. some lasers are better for black skin than others. And he knew what would be best for me.
